Symptoms
When attempting to download contract clause,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Sourcing responsibility > Negotiation page
2. Click the Quote number in the RFQ
3. Drill down in the quote
4. In Actions choose: View Contract Changes By Supplier
