HK: New IR56B Full and Partial Reports Outputs show Period Dates in Incorrect Format

Symptoms
The concurrent programs 'IR56B: Annual Employer's Return Hong Kong (Full)' & 'IR56B: Annual Employer's Return Hong Kong (Partial)' show period dates in YYYYMMDD format. Whereas the format as per IRD specifications is DD/MM/YYYY.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Hong Kong HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request
3. Run Payroll
4. Run IR56B Annual Employer's Return Archive
5. Run the below programs
Name: IR56B: Annual Employer's Return Hong Kong (Full)
Parameters:
Archive Id : select the archive id
Name: IR56B: Annual Employer's Return Hong Kong (Partial)
Parameters:
Archive Id : select the archive id
6. Check the report outputs
Changes
Upgrade to 12.2.11
