Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Tax Manager
Navigation: Tax Configuration > Tax Rates
1. Query back Tax Rate
2. Update Tax Account
3. Apply

" Enter a valid reporting code " error while updating tax accounts for tax rates

1. In EBTax, after updating tax accounts under tax rates and click on apply.
2. Page is throwing error message as " Enter a valid reporting code "
