In R12 : Update Owner Does Not Default Primary Bill-to and Ship-to Addresses (Doc ID 2814829.1)

After upgrading from R11.5.10 to R12.2.10

There is a difference in Update Owner functionality.
In R11.5.10, update an owner will default Primary Ship-To and Primary Bill-To addresses.
In R12.2.10, update an owner, it does NOT default Primary Bill-To and Primary Ship-To address.


Login to Application
Responsibility: Oracle Install Base Agent User
Item Instances
Query instance go to => update page
Click on change owner
Enter the Owner name A to B and tab
Owner name and account are populated.
Bill to ,  Ship To  Party is populated
But addresses are not populated.  Users have to manually enter addresses even though default (Primary) address is already setup for that customer account.  Is this expected ?
