ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17147], [0x127470B620], [], [], [], [], [],

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using General Ledger responsibility.
2. Submit a large amount of journal batches for posting at one time. This can be done either submitting via Autopost or any means to submit a large amount of journal batches for posting at one time.
Reports > Request > Standard, single request.
3. Query the Program - Program - Automatic Posting
4. Enter the AutoPost Criteria Set to be used to submit the posting, select ok and Submit.
5. View the concurrent requests for posting generated by the request via View -> Requests and note many are ending in error.

This was working prior to 12.2 upgrade.
This issue is for any journal source or ledger, it is not specific to a certain journal source or ledger but seen when there is a large number of journal batches that are submitted for posting at one time.
When a smaller number of batches are submitted for posting they complete with success.
