GLOOAP: Open Period

Symptoms

GLOOAP: Open Period shows error in the logfile.

Reviewing the logfile, this happens on attempting to drop GL_POSTING_INTERIM tables. All required privileges for DB are granted.


ERROR:


Note: in the interim table's name, such as GL_POSTING_INTERIM_2100 - 2100 is the ledger id, so the error will be slightly different depending on the ledgers used to open the periods for.



STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.2
2. GL Responsibility > Setup > Open/Close
3. Attempt to open any period
4. A concurrent program is thrown which ends in error
