On : 12.2.8 version, Support Codes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Shipment of ATO/PTO model transaction failed with Error:
  " This item is not Installed Base Trackable. For an item to be IB Trackable, the "Comms_nl_trackable_flag" needs to be set to "Y"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect not to have IB error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Responsibility that has Sales Order access
2. Create Sales Order and do the Sales Order Shipment for ATO/PTO model
3. Check the Install Base transaction errors
