PAXCARVW Negative CIP Balance Is Not Capitalized (Doc ID 2815009.1)

Symptoms

Per the Capital Projects summary screen, negative CIP balances are shown for several projects.  The costs related to the negative CIP balances are not capitalized when running the PRC: Generate Asset Lines.

Navigation:

1) > Projects responsibility > Capitalization > Capital Projects

2) In the Find Capital Projects screen, enter the values for the Operating Unit and the Number (project number) fields.

3) In the Capital Projects screen, CIP column shows negative balance.
