STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a) Navigate to Oracle Financials for India > Transactions > Manual Transaction
b) Create a Manual Transaction and make sure to provide the details in DFF
c) Save the same
d) Details are intact in the DFF
e) Query the transaction again
f) The details entered in the DFF disappears

The view JAI_MNL_TAX_DTL_V also doesn't show any attributes whereas in front end it shows ATTRIBUTES 1 to 15
