ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The offers tab on the candidate page in iRecruitment is very slow to load since upgrading to 12.2.X

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect offers to be displayed in few seconds as in 12.1.3 Application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iRecruitment Recruiter
2. Vacancy Search - View Active Applicants
3. Click on Applicant name
4.Click on Offers(Tab)
5.Take more than a min


Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.RUP14
