 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
=================
When a registered user access the iStore customer ui, the user is directed to ibeCZzpHome.jsp,
   the ECC search is displayed as expected.

When the GUEST user is directed to ibeCZzpHome.jsp,
  they are directed to the login page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that GUEST user should not be directed to login,
  since the site allows guest access
  and if they are directed to ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp,
       which does not display the ecc search,
  guest user does not have to login to access the site.

Steps
------
1. Access  http://domain/OA_HTML/ibeCZzpHome.jsp
2. This shows login page embedded with top showing iStore customer UI store site tabs
  along with User name (Guest) and links for Login, Register, and shopping cart functions.
