Schedule Create internal order program  its going for pending standby and it remains in same status

STEPS
------------
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Create and approve internal requisitions.
3. Create Internal Orders concurrent program will be run as scheduled 
4. The program is going for pending standby
