Stores Tab Does Not Work (Cannot be Selected) After Implementing ECC's

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After installing/implementing Enterprise Command Center (ECC) for EAM, users find that the Stores tab is not active and cannot be selected.
Stores tab should work after implementing ECC.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Maintenance Super User.
2. Default landing page is Maintenance Home.
3. Click Stores Tab.
4. It does not navigate to the Stores tab. Stores Tab is not active.
