Symptoms

Problem Description

After creating claim and associating accruals, item details are blank on claim.

 

Steps to reproduce
------------------

Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
Navigation: Claim > Claims
Click on Create
Create claim, associate earning and select product view under promotional tab
No item details are displayed
