Mobile Field Service Multiplatform (MFS MP):Blank Task Details Screen. (Doc ID 2816661.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When activating custom pages for the MFS MP application, task details screen got blank, and no option to go back. Have to Uninstall the app and then again logging for activating the app.

Need to know why it is happening, and how  it can be fixed



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Task details should appear correctly in client application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into MFS MP Client application
2. Go to any task
3. Click on SR detail page
4. in SR detail page we have a option "task" click on that
5. Click on visible task
6. Now keep on pressing back button until you reach on starting point.
7. It shows the blank page.
8. Now there is no option to back and we have to uninstall the application.
