Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EBS application taking 20-30 seconds or more to login and open forms
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The application should not take such long time to login or open forms
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to EBS
2. Login takes time to display the Homepage
3. Click on any forms, forms takes time to open
