ARRXARRG - Applied Receipts Register Shows Incorrect Amount (Doc ID 2816780.1)

Symptoms

The Applied Receipts Register Report (ARRXARRG) shows incorrect amounts.

Some receipts show zero in the 'Total Amount In Functional Currency' column in the report.  Also, the total does not match with the 'AR Reconciliation Report' for amount applied.
