Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Timecard Status is 'E' and and errors occur during transfer to Projects via Transaction Import (PAXTRTRX)
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Oracle Time and Labor Retrieval (OTLR) Projects payroll setup with a day of the week premium
2. Create Self-Service (SS) timecard with hours eligible for premium.
3. Ensure lengthy comments are entered.
4. Transfer to OTLR and then to PA via Transaction Import
5. Verify error
