PROBLEM STATEMENT

When attempting to pay first month's rent before lease commencement,
the following error occurs:

APP-PN-49132: The start date you entered is either earlier than the lease commencement date or later than the lease termination date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon to Property Manager responsibility.
2. Enter rent payment dated prior to Lease Commencement date. Navigation: Leases and Documents > Payments > Payment Term Template
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot pay first month's rent.
