PAXTRAPE: No Details on Revenue Distribution Lines When A User Tries To View Them in Expenditure Inquiry (Doc ID 2817324.1)

Symptoms

In the Expenditure Inquiry form (PAXTRAPE), when a user tries to view the Revenue Distribution Lines for one expenditure item no data is displayed in the form.  No error is displayed, the data is simply not shown.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Expenditures-->Expenditure Inquiry -->Project

2. Enter the Project Number and click Find.

3.  Place the cursor on the Trans Id (expenditure item id) and select 'Item Details' and then 'Revenue Distribution Lines'
