SPL END DATE Cannot Be Later Than a Year From the Date of Birth OF the Child (Doc ID 2817455.1)

Symptoms

User is able to save Shared Parental Leave (SPL) absence with SPL End Date equal with Child's Date of Birth.
Error should trigger as SPL End Date must be within a year from Child's Date of Birth.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility
1. (N) SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP - Chose a person
2. Try to enter a Shared Parental Pay Birth record with SPL End Date=Child's Date of Birth
3. Save with no error. Expect below error to trigger:
APP-SSP-36817 : SPL End Date cannot be later than a year from the Date of Birth of the child
