On : 12.2.10 version, Apps rpt sets, rpt server, seeded rpts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying patch 33034609 query concurrent request by concurrent program name is showing following error

FRM40350 - Query caused no records to be retrieved


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View Requests from any responsibility
2. Find Specific Concurrent request
3. Query by "Name" - concurrent request name


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use functionality of finding request by name
