No List Of Values For Price List / Modifier List Parameter in QP: Pattern Upgrade (Doc ID 2817542.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Pricing Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
QP: Pattern Upgrade does not use price list parameter.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We need to pass price list as a parameter for QP: Pattern Upgrade program.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Pricing Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to >Reports
select "QP: Pattern Upgrade"
3. Select 'List Header ID' parameter
LOV does not show any price list / modifier
