Is It Possible To Seperate Pick/Putaway WMS Rules To Fire Seperately? (Doc ID 2817550.1)

Goal

During the pick release, our pick/putaway WMS rules are fired.
After pick release, we use OTM cloud as our shipment planning system and we create deliveries in ERP
after OTM planning is completed based on OTM's consolidation logic using APIs.

We have some WMS putaway rules that are delivery specific.
However they are now firing pre-OTM during pick release.
We would like to re-fire these putaway rules only, to recalculate putaway locations after delivery creation (ie, after OTM planning).

Is this possible?

I found the API WMS_REPLENISHMENT_PUB however I am able to separate pick/putaway rules firing before/after pick release.
