Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version,
When performing work order completion and adding failure information, observe description is disappearing after entering next type of failure
Expect to have the description be visible after adding the failure code
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility Maintenance Super User
2. Work Orders tab
3. search work and perform completion
4. observe failure information disappearing
