Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, HTML User Interface
When copying a quote (duplicate quote) to a new customer, the following error is seen
ERROR

Error returned in ASO_COPY_QUOTE_PVT.Copy_Line_Rows.
ORA-01403: no data found
An unexpected error has occured during processing of the ASO_QUOTE_HEADER information.
STEPS

Quoting User responsibility
Dashboard -> Quotes
1. Find existing quote > choose Action for duplicate quote
2. Select option to copy the quote to a different customer
3. Error is seen
