Symptoms
When performing Subinventory transfer, while attempting to choose the Locator, the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1422 in FDFGCD
Cause: FDFGCD failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory responsibility
2. Navigate to Transactions -> Subinventory Transfer
3. Perform Subinventory transfer involving the Locator in question
4. Forms will pop up Error message
