ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Application is allowing the Creation or Acceptance of Termination Quotes when the Customer is In-Active.
Able to create a Termination Quote for Inactive Customer but NOT processing the Credit Memo
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
stop the Termination Quote Creation or Acceptance when the Customer is In-Active
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) (R) Lease Super User-->(N)Lease
2)Go to Customers tab
3) Create a contract
4) Book the contract with 2 Assets
5) Submit billing for the Contract.
6) Go to Receivables --> Inactivate the above contract customer
5) Try creating a Termination Quote where Customer is not Active
