Company is the Balancing Segment Value when we run standard Trial Balance Report

Pagebreak segment as Company
1. If run for multiple companies all expected rows are shown in the Trial Balance
2. If run for only one company, not all expected rows are shown in the Trial Balance
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect report to show all accounts whether run for one company or many

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From GL Responsibility, navigate to Other > Requests > Run
1. Run the report for one company
2. Run the report for multiple companies
3. Compare the reports
4. Notice the differences
