Year End W2 Exception Error APP-PAY-06881: Error ORA-01840: input value not long enough for date format (Doc ID 2817910.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, US Payroll Year End

When attempting to run the W2 Exception request set the following error occurs.

The set completed normally with outcome Error.
The outcome was determined by the final stage, W2 Exception.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

US Super HRMS Manager responsibility

  1. Ran the Year End Preprocess - completed successful
  2. Under Processes and Reports > Request Set run the W2 exception request set
  3. This is ending in error
  4. Currently in the second iteration testing of Release 12.2.10 upgrade from 12.1
  5. This completed successful first iteration

 Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2
