Receiving Interface Errors With Error ' WMSINB-24086:Lot/Serial validation failed' Using Receiving Interace with ASNs (Doc ID 2818164.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Receiving/PO

Find populating rcv_headers_interface, rcv_transactions_interface, rcv_lots_interface and mtl_transaction_lots_interface with ASN data sent from supplier and the following conditions:

If the lot number exist before, the ASN is created as expected.
If the lot number do not exist before, the ASN is not created and RCV interface fails in error


Note that lot expiration date is populated in mtl_transaction_lots_interface

Error
Lot/Serial validation failed. Please check log for details.
WMSINB-24086:Lot/Serial validation failed. Please check log for details.

The same process works fine in 12.1.3 version.

Log file may also show:
INV_ROI_INTEGRATION_GRP: End of the program inv_roi_integration_grp.inv_validate_lot. Program has completed successfully
INV_ROI_INTEGRATION_GRP: Program inv_lot_api_pub.Create_Inv_lot has failed with a Unexpected exception
INV_ROI_INTEGRATION_GRP: STACKED ERROR MESSAGES : |&PROG_NAME failed with errors. (PGM_NAME=inv_lot_api_pub.Create_Inv_lot)|User defined expiration date cannot be Null.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Populate rcv_headers_interface, rcv_transactions_interface, rcv_lots_interface and mtl_transaction_lots_interface with ASN data sent from supplier.
2. Find receiving manager fails in error even though all fields entered are correct and same process worked in 12.1.3
