Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
When a Proxy user approves the notification (on behalf of final approver) the updated_by column in the base table does not show the proxy approver rather shows the (original final approver to whom the notification was sent)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
Expect to see the proxy user (when approved on behalf of final approver) as the updated_by in the base table.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Submit Leave of Absence (of any transaction) using Self Service ( Example: Employee Self-Service responsibility) for Approval.
2. Notification goes for approval.
3. Proxy user Logs in to the Application
Using Switch User functionality switches to final approver and approves the notification.
4. Transaction gets committed.
5. Verify the base table shows updated_by as the final approver not proxy user.

Note: In this instance the Action History does not show the Proxy user but shows as Final Approver.
As per Note: 2608535.1 Tile: Proxy User Not Shown As Approver in Action History (You already have correct file versions as per this note) The action history should show Proxy user but shows Original Final Approver.
