Time Picker Not Available On Need By Date When Updating Multiple Requisition Lines (Doc ID 2818218.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 01, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle iProcurement - Version 12.1 to 12.2 [Release 12.1 to 12.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Time popup is not available on Need by Date when updating multiple requisition lines.

  1. Internet Procurement > Shop > Add items to shopping cart
  2. Click View Cart and Checkout
  3. Select multiple lines and update
  4. Need-By Dates are set to default in as time of 23:00

When updating lines individually, the calendar does have a time element and it maintains the time at 23:00:00.

However, the calendar selection pop-up for multiple lines has no time element. When selecting a date which is the default lead time (two days, in my case) the time is 00:00:00. This means that the period from now to the Need-By Date is under the default of two days (48 hours), causing the warning message. The Need-By Time should remain as 23:00:00 throughout, unless actively changed by the Requisitioner.

Why is the Time in hours not available on Need by Date when updating requisition line?
