Symptoms

Diagnostics: Apps Check fails for any application that has an object name longer than 30 characters. 
In 19C database version, object name length supports a name of more than 30 characters in length.


ERROR
-----------------------

For example object name below defined for the Incentive Compensation application is longer than 30 characters and therefore errors as below:

CN CN_XREF_TBL CN_XREF_TBL_PK NORMAL 28-AUG-21 03:21:30 VALID


ERROR at line 1:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
ORA-06512: at line 106
