EBS: MACCHECKURL:Parameter Failing Validation when land on an OA Framework page with OA Framework contents embedded in it (Doc ID 2818509.1)

Symptoms

Add the parameters in self secured pages URL,

https://<Host>:<Port>/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=TEST_XYZ_SSS_YYY&ImcPartyId=1234567

Log into EBS and be in the same responsibility where the page is accessible

The following error message is seen in the browser where URL is accessed

This page does not support bookmarking.
- The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed.


Enable FND:DEBUG and the below error is seen in the Debug logs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add parameters in self secured pages URL

https://<Host>:<Port>/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=TEST_XYZ_SSS_YYY&ImcPartyId=1234567

2. Open browser and access the above URL

3. Page is not accessible with the above error message

Changes

 Upgrade to EBS 12.2.10
