ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mobile Field Service(MFS) Android users are unable to view or to attach files in Attachments section.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Mobile Field Service Build 22 from Google Play.
2. Login into MFS app.
3. Select a task from the list and open it.
4. Go to Attachments section and upload an attachment.
