ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Drilldown performance issues in Report Manager for all output types after upgrading from Applications 11i. Issue occurs for all reports.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the drilldown to complete in the same time as Applications 11i.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Report Manager.
2. Submit report.
3. Publish report.
4. Attempt to drilldown.

 Upgrade to Applications 12.2.8
