On : 12.2.6 version, Requisition
When assigning a buyer to a requisition results in error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CLM Purchasing Super User > Buyer Work Center > Demand Workbench > Next to “Saved Search” click the dropdown
2. Select “Unassigned Requisitions”
3. Select Go
4. Click the checkbox on the left side on any of the requisitions that come up in the table after selecting Go
5. Select the dropdown next to “Workload Assignment” in the middle of the screen
6. Select “Create Assignment for Requisition”
7. Select the Go button directly on the right of this dropdown box
8. This will take to the “Create Workload Assignment Page, from there input a value next to Buyer
9. Input “Buyer Assignment” for the Assignment Milestone Template
10. Click “Apply”
