MRP Net Flag Checked For Componet In Material Requirement For Jobs Created Through Depot Repair (Doc ID 2819130.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MRP Net flag CHECKED for components in Material Requirement for jobs created through Depot Repair.
Based on a Service Order, Customer Item is received into an Expense Subinventory through RMA Receipt. After receiving the item into Subinventory, when the user is creating a Repair Job against the received item through Depot Repair Workbench, the Job is created against received item.
Observation 1:When user views the Supply information of the Components under Discrete Jobs > Components > Material Requirements > Supply Tab, see that 'MRP Net' flag is CHECKED.
Observation 2:When user adds the same Repair Item as Replacement / component item in Technician Portal, see that 'MRP Net' flag is UNCHECKED.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is that When user views the Supply information of the Components under Discrete Jobs > Components > Material Requirements > Supply Tab, this flag should be UNCHECKED because this is a Repair Item.
When user adds the same Repair Item as Replacement / component item in Technician Portal, 'MRP Net' flag should be CHECKED because this is a Replacement Item and demand should be shown.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Applications
2.Go to Responsibility: Depot Repair User
3.Navigate to Depot Repair > Depot Workbench
4.Query for Service Order ( Customer Item is received into an Expense Subinventory though RMA Receipt)
5.After receiving the item into DEP_EXP Subinventory, create a Repair Job against the received item through Depot Repair Workbench with default option Do not change Part
6.Query the WIP Job under Discrete Jobs
7. Now view the Supply information of the Components under Discrete Jobs > Components > Material Requirements > Supply Tab, see that 'MRP Net' flag is CHECKED.
8. Now go to Depot Repair > Technician Portal and add the same Repair Item as Replacement / component item.
9. View the Supply information of the Components under Discrete Jobs > Components > Material Requirements > Supply Tab, see that 'MRP Net' flag is UNCHECKED.
