Symptoms

On R12 versions 

While using 64bit Microsoft Excel to upload tax setup as per Doc ID 2047232.1

Trying to upload EBTax Setup using the TaxConfigurationWorkbookTemplate from the below location:
$ZX_TOP/patch/115/publisher/templates/TaxConfigurationWorkbookTemplate.xlsm getting below error

The code in this project must be updated for use on 64-bit systems. Please review and update
Declare statements and then mark with the ptrSafe attribute

Steps to Reproduce

-------------------------------

  1. Download setup file from $ZX_TOP/patch/115/publisher/templates/TaxConfigurationWorkbookTemplate.xlsm
  2. Enter Regime to Rate data
  3. Click on Generate CSV file and above error is observed
