Symptoms

When users are looking up an invoice on Invoice Review the form is giving the below error when Find is clicked;

ORA-04063: view "APPS.PA_DRAFT_INVOICES_V' has errors

Steps To Reproduce
---------------------

  1. Log into a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Billing > Invoice Review
  3. Enter Project Number
  4. Click Find
  5. Error is returned
