Goal

After enabling Online Patching and upgrade EBS to 12.2, some custom schema table did not have editioning view and synonym generated.

Fact
1. Editioning view and synonym was later generated successfully for the custom schema table using ad_zd_table.upgrade procedure
2. Affected custom schema table did not have any synonym in APPS schema before the 12.2 upgrade
