The Buyer Work Center is not Allowing the Deletion of Incomplete Purchase Order Lines - Cannot Delete Purchase Order Lines in Buyer Work Center (Doc ID 2820510.1)

Using Purchasing, Version 12.2

Actual:
Accessing the buyer work center - Orders Page - buyers are not able delete lines from the Incomplete purchase orders.
Choosing Delete has no impact on the purchase order - the line remains.

Expected:
The buyers should be able to delete the lines from the Incomplete Purchase Orders.

Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the purchasing responsibility
2. Choose the Buyer Work Center - and then choose the Orders tab
3. Choose to update a purchase order
4. Choose the Lines region and then attempt to delete lines from the Incomplete Purchase Order - choose GO
5. A popup does appear - stating the line or lines would be deleted, however the delete does not occur
The line or lines remain

Other:
Using the core purchase order form - deleting the line is possible, it does work.
