Opening Online Payslip Fails with JBO-27022 java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column index (Doc ID 2820516.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to view the online payslip, the following error occurs.

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.AttributeLoadException: JBO-27022: Failed to load value at index 52 with java object of type java.lang.String
due to java.sql.SQLException.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log in as Employee Self-Service Responsibility
  2.  Go to Personal Actions
  3.  Select Payslip and click Start button
  4.  Error occurs
