View Requisition Details Link Incorrect In Workflow Email Notification (Doc ID 2820559.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view requisitions details of a requisition, the following error occurs.
Recently updated Oracle EBS for a TLS upgrade and the Oracle EBS Application URL changed from http:// to https://

Now, when someone submits a requisition and the approval notification email is sent to the reviewer, the link still points to the old http:// address.
Strangely, if the approver forwards that email, the URL changes to the correct https:// version of the URL.

WORKAROUND:

Copy/Paste the View Requisition Details link. It sends to the incorrect URL if we paste only the link, but if we paste any portion of the requisition lines table from the email, it sends to the correct https:// URL.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement and send a requisition for approval.
2. Approver receives the requisition
3. Click on View Requisition Details
4. See old URL http:// address
5. Forward the email notification and the URL changes to the correct https:// version of the URL
