What APIs can be used in Quotes(Quoting Approval) to do the following: 
  1.INSERT data into aso_apr_obj_approvals table .
  2.INSERT data into aso_apr_approval_details table .
  3.UPDATE data into aso_apr_obj_approvals table .
  4.UPDATE data into aso_apr_approval_details table .
