ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When clicking on Favourites PUI function icon appearing on homepage (Framework Simplified) Internal explorer opening a new tab instead of launching the form window.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After clicking on Favourites PUI function icon appearing on homepage new form window should launch
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply RUP14 patch 30096069- R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.14
2. Login into EBS and click on any Favourites PUI function icon from EBS homepage (Framework Simplified)
