BI Publisher Standalone 11.1.1.9: Upload Failed Message Trying Insert .xdoz Files Into The Catalog (Doc ID 2820973.1)

Symptoms

 When i try to upload  a  .xdoz file into the catalog of BI Publisher 11.1.1.9  with Internet explorer the bellow error appears

Error in the bipublisher.log :

oracle.xdo.servlet.ui.InvalidCharacterException: Invalid characters in the file name ([~, !, #, $, %, ^, &, *, +, `, |, :, \", \\\\, <, >, ?, ,, /])[[

Steps to reproduce .

1.Download the .xdoz from another instance

2.Use Internet Explorer browser to login

3.Go to catalog and try to upload the xdoz from step 1

4.Error is seen on the screen
