Contract Clause Keyword Search not Comprehensive, it does not Show all Expected Results (Doc ID 2821057.1)

Symptoms

After running the suggested index programs, "Synchronize Clause Text Index" and "Optimize Clause Text Index", the Clause keyword search does not show all the expected results.

STEPS
1. Using Contract Terms Library Administrator responsibility, navigate: Contracts > Contract Terms Library.
2. Go to Clauses tab.
3. In the Search screen, enter a keyword that you know it is part of a Clause.
4. Click on Go and the Clause is not returned.
