On : R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.14 applied on application
User has performed an upgrade for EBS Payroll from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10. some of the person static database items are missing and causing formula compilation errors.
Getting below error while formula compilation.
STEPS

1. Login to Standard HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate to Total Compensation =>Basic =>Write Formula => click on Verify
